1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 1wim. This platform is operated and owned by 1wim Entertainment Ltd ("Company", "we", "our"). This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the website, services, products, and gaming platform offered under the 1wim brand.

By accessing or using the 1wim platform in any way — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other provided method — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This agreement takes full effect upon completion of the account registration process.

If you disagree with any provision in these Terms, you are advised not to use our platform. Continued use following any amendments to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use 1wim services, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or local regulation that restricts participation in online gambling or betting activities.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Never been declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.
• Never been removed or banned from the 1wim platform previously for breaching its terms.

1wim reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended or terminated immediately, and any remaining balance will be returned subject to case review.

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different information or devices — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of terms.

Registration Details

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a valid payment method. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended without prior notice.

KYC Verification

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is required before your first withdrawal can be approved. Documents typically required include a copy of your identification card, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. This process is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours after all complete documents are received.

4 Deposit & Payments

1wim supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed in real time and 1wim charges no additional fees for standard deposit transactions.

Deposit Limit

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by players themselves via account settings as part of our responsible gaming features.
• Limits set take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Currency

The 1wim platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any deposits made in foreign currency will be automatically converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate differences are the player's responsibility.

5 Fund Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw funds from your 1wim account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed full KYC verification successfully.
• There is no suspected fraudulent activity or breach of terms on your account.
• All associated bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method and current verification requirements. Withdrawals via local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are generally faster than standard bank transfers.

Withdrawal to Original Method

As a security measure, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used during deposit. This is standard procedure to prevent money laundering and protect your account security.

6 Bonus & Promotions

1wim offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and a loyalty program. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages.

Wagering Requirement

Each bonus received carries its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the value of the bonus received).

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified bonus validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — please refer to the game contribution table on the promotions page.
• Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be automatically removed without compensation.
• 1wim reserves the right to revoke bonuses if there are signs of abuse or promotional exploitation.

7 Betting Rules

Valid Betting

Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled or modified. Any bet placed due to a technical error on the platform's part will be reviewed and resolved fairly based on system records.

Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), or by actual sporting event outcomes for sports betting. Results announced by the system are final and cannot be disputed without substantial technical evidence.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1wim platform and may result in immediate account termination, fund freezing, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (including accounts on behalf of others).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Bonus abuse through hedging methods (bonus abuse/arbing).
• Transferring funds between different player accounts to circumvent KYC requirements.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the 1wim platform systems.
• Sharing login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 1wim recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 1wim support team immediately. Our platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and a security monitoring system that operates 24 hours a day.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1wim platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 1wim Entertainment Ltd or our content licensors.

You are permitted to access and display platform content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, republication, or commercial use of content without prior written consent from 1wim is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1wim and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses arising from betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures or third-party cyberattacks.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.

1wim's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

12 Account Termination

Voluntary Termination

You may close your 1wim account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all funds in your account have been withdrawn. Closed accounts cannot be reactivated, and you will need to register again to use the platform.

Termination by 1wim

1wim reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following situations: confirmed breach of terms, fraud detection, legal compliance requirements, or requests from a competent authority.

13 Responsible Gaming

1wim is fully committed to responsible gaming principles. We believe betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship. To help you stay in control, we provide a range of tools:

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 1wim Entertainment Ltd is registered. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the prescribed arbitration procedures, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

This version of the terms is effective from 1 January 2026. 1wim reserves the right to update this document at any time, and changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website.
